Our product offering includes new and used automotive parts, replacement components and related accessories, subject to availability.

Delivery Policy

Subject to product availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 2 business days.

Delivery will be arranged through a courier service, and delivery details will be confirmed once the order has been processed.

Toysan Motor Spares will make every reasonable effort to ensure that orders are dispatched promptly. However, delivery times may vary depending on courier availability, delivery location and other factors outside our direct control.

Export Restriction

The products and services offered on this website are available to customers within South Africa only.

Toysan Motor Spares does not currently offer international shipping or export services through this website.

Returns and Refunds

The supply of goods and services by Toysan Motor Spares is subject to availability.

If a product is unavailable after payment has been received, Toysan Motor Spares will refund the customer in full within 30 days.

Cancellation of an order by the customer may attract a 10% administration fee.

PayFast uses secure encryption technology to protect payment information. Card details are not stored on the Toysan Motor Spares website.

Customer details are stored separately from card payment details.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all parts purchased are suitable for their vehicle and are installed by a suitably qualified person where required.
