Refund & Returns Policy
Toysan Motor Spares is committed to supplying customers with safe, reliable and good-quality automotive parts at fair value. All products supplied by Toysan Motor Spares are intended only for the purpose for which they were designed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all products are handled, stored, installed, used and maintained correctly. Where applicable, products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, standards and specifications.
Returns Policy
Returns will only be accepted in accordance with the conditions set out below:
No returns will be accepted without valid proof of purchase.
Courier charges are not refundable, whether charged to the customer, from the customer, or both.
CV joints, shafts and boots must be returned complete and may not be covered in grease.
Fitted fuel pumps are not returnable.
Goods that were incorrectly supplied must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Returns will not be accepted if the goods have been partially or fully disassembled, physically altered, permanently installed, affixed, attached, joined, added to, blended, combined with, embedded within, or fitted to other goods, unless the goods are defective or returned within the applicable cooling-off period.
Toysan Motor Spares will not accept returns of products where the packaging has been removed, opened or tampered with, unless the product is defective or is returned within the applicable cooling-off period.
Goods returned in boxes or packaging that have been re-marked, damaged, defaced, or marked with price stickers, courier labels or similar markings will not be accepted for credit and may be returned to the customer.
For safety reasons, electrical goods cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Lubricants, chemicals and similar products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.
All returned goods must be in a saleable condition, unless the return relates to a defective product.
Returned goods may be subject to a reasonable repackaging and restocking charge.
Toysan Motor Spares reserves the right to withhold a refund until the returned part has been examined and tested.
Customers must ensure that all products purchased from Toysan Motor Spares are used in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards and specifications.
Defective Products
Toysan Motor Spares will attend to returns relating to defective products within 1 month from the date of purchase.
Products sold through this website carry the manufacturer’s warranty against faults and defects, where applicable. Our warranties and guarantees are limited to those provided by our suppliers and manufacturers.
If a product appears to be defective after 1 month from the date of purchase, but is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period, Toysan Motor Spares may, at the customer’s request, send the product to the manufacturer for assessment. The manufacturer will determine whether the warranty claim is valid in accordance with their warranty policy.
Toysan Motor Spares will not be held responsible for any consequential loss, damage, labour costs, installation costs, removal costs or any other related costs arising from the use, installation or failure of any product.
Order Cancellations and Delivery Refusal
If you choose to cancel an order or return goods, please do not reject delivery of the order. Refusing delivery may cause delays, as the parcel will be returned into the courier network and its status may become difficult to track.
Instead, please accept delivery and contact Toysan Motor Spares to arrange the return process. Once the return has been approved, we will arrange for the courier to collect the goods from you and return them to us.
Please note that Toysan Motor Spares’ responsibility ends once the courier has delivered or attempted to deliver the order to you.
Cooling-Off Period and Cancellation
In terms of Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002, if you are a natural person, and not a legally registered corporate entity, you may cancel your purchase without reason and without penalty within 7 days after receiving the products.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the products.
Toysan Motor Spares will refund any payment made in respect of the returned goods within 30 days from the date of cancellation, provided that the goods are returned in accordance with this policy.

When requesting a return, please provide your proof of purchase, order details, reason for return and any supporting information or images where applicable.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Toysan Motor Spares.
